Since the start of the pandemic, I have provided a range of virtual bespoke training courses which has included; bereavement support, working from home and mindfulness. I have appeared as a guest speaker in numerous group business meetings which supports the duty of care responsibilities for employers whilst addressing current health & wellbeing issues like the isolation and concerns of working from home. I have helped many clients overcome difficulties sleeping and provided 1-1 support for those struggling with mental health issues which has been a mixture of face to face and virtual, dependent on COVID restrictions.
