A dedicated and meticulous HR & learning development leader, with years of in-depth knowledge and experience managing HR learning programmes, qualifications and Apprenticeship Programmes. Thrives on exploring innovative solutions to improve ways to deliver financial and process improvements to create an outstanding customer and learner experience. Passionate about learning and developing others; identifying and delivering capability building leaning up up skill our people on the HR Profession: I use coaching and mentoring to support and develop students and colleagues from a mix of minority backgrounds. Effective written and verbal communicator, confident and comfortable sharing information to a large audience or one to one; producing written information and reports to high standards ensuring information is clear and concise.
