Design, implement, and scale programmatic solutions centering equity, creative engagement, and community empowerment• Develop KPIs and prototyping frameworks to measure program/project progress and impact, and accelerate innovation—ensuring that bold ideas translate into tangible outcomes and are inclusive of equity and inclusion• Research grants and write proposals to fund and advance department initiatives• Leverage data-driven insights and co-creation frameworks to prototype new engagement strategies; utilize survey and community feedback to drive continuous improvement• Lead diverse, cross-functional teams in change management, embedding global perspectives and operational resilience into every phase of program delivery• Develop clean tech training curricula and accelerators for underrepresented communities, ensuring rigorous and human-centered impact measurement• Advance CEI Research Agenda and facilitate partnerships with HBCUs, MSIs, and stakeholders, amplifying impact through capacity building and inclusive collaboration• Facilitate immersive solar demonstrations and fellowships in partnership with national organizations and local community-based groups, mentoring emerging changemakers
