I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator who has hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform. With over 15 years of hairstyling experience, I have strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills. In my free time I enjoy participating in Salesforce Community groups such as, the Charlotte Non-Profit Group, Charlotte WIT Group, and Charlotte Administrator Group. Each group I am learning and helping others to leverage Salesforce to improve productivity and efficiency for their employers and co-workers! I am also a member of a Salesforce Professional Development Program to fully understand the Salesforce Ecosystem and network to build valuable relationships in the Salesforce space. Outside of my passion for Salesforce I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, traveling and trying new foods.
