As the Partner Manager at BookSpring, I help develop and deliver sustainable partnerships that build early childhood literacy and engage young children and families in reading through community, educational, and statewide early literacy program partnerships. This includes and is not limited to:* planning, scheduling, promotion, recruitment, qualifying and selecting partners, securing contractual agreements, placing volunteers, documenting program events, program quality assurance, and evaluation and research support.* supervise staff, contractors, work studies, interns, and volunteers in terms of project goals and scheduling* manages the Books Beginning at Birth (B3), Early Books for Me, and BookSpring Originals programs.* Ensures book distribution and motivational activities are delivered on time and to the partner’s specifications* Assist in managing inventory through entries and checking activity against records* Prepare and maintain event calendars and monthly activity reports * Understand and support the fulfillment of SMART goals and objectives for the key programs listed above.* Ensures that the office kitty (aka: the Director of Employee Engagement) is well-fed, groomed, and thoroughly spoiled.
