Managed design development of multiple brands, working cross functionally with different teams and supply chains to achieve market deadlines. Developed design deliverables that elevated, differentiated and functioned on-brand and on-strategy for multiple brands. Planned design concepts, color and trend by researching and studying the market trends and fabric innovations, and by attending trade shows, and traveling overseas. Prepared and presented virtual and in-parson presentations for leadership and our customer. Collaborated with manufacturers and production team to align styles with our pricing strategy, for mid range and premium price points. Presented a Spring 2023 collection at NYFW for Rebecca Minkoff. Developed and implemented design & development calendars and budgets for multiple brands. Strategized brand sustainable and ethically sourced fashion across all brands. Directed social media projects for instagram, web and TV presentations.
