I’m a Senior Budget Analyst at the Library of Congress, bringing over 20 years of experience in public financial management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.For 13 consecutive years, I’ve received Outstanding performance evaluations and multiple awards recognizing leadership, innovation, and excellence in service. I provide financial stewardship for a $325M+ portfolio of Appropriated Funds, supporting nearly 30 programs, and oversee close to 200 Gift, Trust, and Revolving Fund accounts. My work ensures the responsible use of funds within donor and grantor intent, supports investment management, and sustains long-term program liquidity and impact.While strategic oversight rests with our Director and Chief, I serve as the senior analyst driving day-to-day financial operations, preparing analyses that inform executive-level decisions, and leading cross-functional initiatives that strengthen mission delivery.
