I create and facilitate processes that challenge the status quo. I have worked with civil society organizations, non-profits, post-secondary institutions as well as all levels of government. I bring 10 years of facilitation experience that spans large events (200+ participants), small groups (up to 20 participants), in-person, virtual and hybrid settings. My work spans public engagement processes, board retreats, strategy sessions, workshops, and public dialogues. I am familiar and have facilitated a number of discussion types including: generative and deliberative dialogue processes, appreciative inquiry, and open space. My facilitation style and approach is trauma-informed, human-centered, gentle and discerning.

I lead my own BIPOC and queer-owned values-driven consultancy committed to cultivating heart-centered leaders and inclusive workplaces committed to social impact.I work with teams to support strengthening personal and collective capacity for heart-centered workplaces with inclusive internal cultures and leadership. I offer design and facilitation for gatherings filled with warmth and purpose: leadership and team development workshops, personal coaching, anti-oppressive community engagement, team-building retreats, and equity-driven strategic planning.
