During that time, Amy was about 3+ years into Cali’flour Foods. She then went on to exit Cali’flour for a whopping 8+ figures shortly after.We both did a keynote at Spark Portland 2018 in front of 250+ female entrepreneurs and professionals.Amy and her companies have been a huge supporter of my live event empowering women to give, Friendsgiving Live™, since we met.Then in Dec of 2023, Amy told me about her new wellness company Beyond Medicine LLC powered by a super fruit called Soursop.I grew up on the super fruit Soursop in the tropics and I personally know the value and benefits of it for overall health and wellness.I am a strong advocate of overall health and wellness in leadership because you are your biggest asset. Without you, your company or work will either replace you tomorrow or the company you leave behind will fail hard.Health and wellness should be a huge part of your exit plan and strategy in my book!Here’s a takeaway I want to inspire you with.
