Be bold, passionate and positive and those around you will feel the need to do the same.Considered a magnetic and inclusive leader that strives to transform teams to be best in class. Encourages all team members to be motivated and passionate about everything they do each and every day. Always have a door wide open policy as a manager and be a very active listener. My goal each day is to treat each person I work with as I would want to be treated with respect, loyalty and trust. To ensure every team member knows they can come to work each day as themselves and that everyone from any background will be treated as the individual human they are. I am an active networker and have developed numerous close business and community relationships. Customer service and client advocacy are among my core beliefs, as is the understanding that working with every person is a true partnership. I thrive on being a motivated coach and making myself and those around me achieve the highest levels possible. My strengths of being a very energetic and goal oriented person has allowed me to meet and exceed expectations on every project that I have led. I believe that a strong community and positive culture is crucial to a positive business environment. I am an active volunteer board member and non-profit fundraiser to support causes that make a true difference.
