With over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, content writing, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and adaptive sports, I am a passionate and skilled professional who helps organizations and individuals reach their full potential. I have advised on ADA compliance, DEI workshops, and inclusionary strategies.I also run my own contracting business, Kareemah Batts, LLC, where I offer consultation and program creation and implementation for various clients, such as the United Cerebral Palsy of New York, the Amputee Coalition of America, and the Mayor\'s Office for People with Disabilities. Additionally, I am the founder and program director of the Adaptive Climbing Group a national non-profit that creates opportunities in the sport of climbing for people with disabilities. I am a certified peer visitor, a trained recreational therapist, and an award-winning para climber who strives to empower others through adventure and recreation.
