Kareem Early, is a personal fitness specialist for all fitness level. Kareem is licensed level 1 boxing coach and certified personal fitness trainer in Raleigh North Carolina. He owns and operates Iron Lungs boxing and personal fitness training for over 7 years. Kareem began his journey into Fitness/Boxing Fitness in 20••••09 as an amateur boxer in Raleigh NC under Amy and Wes Caudill. Where he completed at state level. In 2013 Kareem was fortunate to intern under Wade Harris at (Raleigh Personal Training Center) where he received certifications as a certified personal trainer.(ACE FITNESS, and BOXING FITNESS INSTITUTE.) Upon completion of his certification Kareem founded Iron lungs boxing and personal fitness training and order to help people of all ages get in the best shape of the lives through exercise science and boxing fitness as well as help fighters realize their full potential in the ring. As a Personal Trainer/Coach I fight for my clients to have great success in achieving there health goals. Be it Optimum Health getting stronger or learning boxing/kickboxing skills. Kareem operates Iron Lungs Boxing & Personal Fitness Training which offers personal fitness training tailored to your specific fitness goals.He also specializes in Kickboxing workouts.
