Clinical Counselor Case Manager @Workplace Options
I provide single session counselling within brief therapeutic modalities (e.g. CBT, SFBT, narrative therapy) for a wide range of clinical issues. I conduct thorough assessments of various presenting issues and risks, such as self-harm, suicidal and homicidal ideation, domestic violence, child protection, and addictions. My role also includes stabilizing clients through crisis intervention, developing safety plans and/or action plans, and connecting clients with the appropriate resources or referrals.I am also a case manager for the Elevate Program. Elevate is a depression and anxiety support program that provides employees with longer term counseling and is meant for individuals who have symptoms that are deemed too significant for the short-term, solution-focused approach of a traditional EAP.
