Assumption of project leadership and project management functions in integrated general planning projects- Collection and evaluation of basic planning data- Developing concepts in advance of the actual planning process- Ensuring that projects and subprojects are completed on schedule and in budget- Preparing invitations to tender, evaluations and conducting technical clarification meetings- Creating customer satisfaction within the projects- Documentation of the planning process and results incl. preparation and execution of presentations- Leading of project teams- Identification of project risks and their internal communication- Resource planning- Support in the acquisition of customer orders and preparation of quotations- Creation and maintenance of all project-relevant QM documents- Compliance with io-consultants-specific QM regulations
