I’m a multi-award-winning social entrepreneur and writer with over a decade of experience working across community development, employability, wellbeing, confidence building and training programmes. I thrive when I’m creating, shaping or leading initiatives that bring people together in community, amplify under-represented voices and open up pathways to opportunity.My career spans public sector, private sector and community settings, including partnership work with VCSFE organisations, Housing Associations and grassroots groups. I’ve delivered large-scale programmes, community events, workshops and bespoke 1:1 coaching, both online and in person. My approach blends creativity, empathy and strategic thinking always underpinned with a strong commitment to social impact.I currently work as an Inclusive Economies & Communities Officer at Trafford Council, where I support and lead on projects that span employability, social value, business support and funding and investment. I’m especially passionate over Green Skills, social value and sustainability projects. I\'m also the founder re-route. re-route is a space for creativity and connection through coaching, writing and facilitation.I am driven to create social impact through all the work I do and passionate about being part of positive climate action.
