I turn challenges into opportunities, keeping our vision focused on delivering intuitive experiences in technically complex domains and tech stacks. I build deep knowledge quickly, partnering with users, SMEs and stakeholders including architecture, engineering, design, and operations. In my 15+ years of product experience, including 6 years as a coach and mentor, I\'ve always led by building team culture and practices alongside the roadmap.I bring formal HCI training in user experience, deep technical product experience including Machine Learning research, and a track record of building the teams and practices that make good work sustainable. Fixed troubled legacy authentication experience.• Served as technical platform lead for Comcast’s first B2B portal, unifying partner tools into a single federated framework, leading improvements that decreased latency in switching apps, and driving strategy for integrating applications and user experience for multiple primary personas.• Drove major improvements to user instruction and error messaging, in-house API integration with Okta platform, and communication and knowledge sharing between 3 distributed engineering teams, reducing authentication user errors by 80% and support resolution from 4 days to 4 hours.• Contributed to redesign and restructuring of the developer portal, improving documentation digestibility to streamline learning across voice, marketing, and commerce workflows.• Collaborated in multi-year negotiation and strategic planning for combining Sky and Comcast app development work processes and operations into single ecosystem.• Partnered with legal, privacy, data, and engineering from CA, PA, and UK to build global partnership between Comcast and Sky in streaming development.
