As Planning and Partnerships Lead, I spearhead ERA’s business planning processes and strategic partnerships, driving initiatives that support Alberta’s innovation, economic, and environmental goals. I lead the development of ERA\'s three-year Business Plan, ensuring alignment with government priorities.My role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, including government, industry leaders, academia, and funders, to accelerate emissions reduction and technological commercialization. I manage ERA’s Trusted Partner engagements, ensuring strategic alignment and leveraging additional resources to support GHG-reducing innovations.I oversee ERA’s strategic events (15-Year Anniversary, COP27, 28, and 29) while contributing to internal and external communications efforts. By leading continuous improvement systems, I ensure that ERA’s operational and strategic goals are effectively executed, positioning ERA as a leader in Alberta’s low-carbon transition.
