That\'s been my north star across every role I\'ve held, whether I was designing governance frameworks for a Fortune 500 insurer, running multi-channel campaigns for a nonprofit, or crafting skincare guides that tripled organic traffic.I\'m a content strategist and UX writer with a PMP certification and a background that spans regulated industries, mission-driven organizations, and e-commerce. I think in systems and write for humans.    Some of my most meaningful work has happened here.The Juanita C. Grant Foundation advocates for older adults experiencing social isolation, and for over a decade, I\'ve been the strategic voice behind how they show up digitally. That\'s meant building content strategy from the ground up: defining voice and tone, designing multi-channel campaigns, writing newsletters, managing social media across Instagram, X, and Facebook, and producing everything from press releases to event copy.The work that stands out most is the annual Giving Tuesday campaign. I own it end-to-end, from creative strategy and content planning to execution and post-campaign analysis. It\'s the kind of project that sharpens every skill at once: strategy, writing, project management, and stakeholder communication, all under a real deadline with real stakes.What I\'ve built here isn\'t just content. It\'s a framework for how a small, mission-driven organization communicates with clarity and consistency across channels.
