I have recently joined Rockman Industries as their Head of Strategy to assist the group achieve their 2030 growth ambitions through a mix of new business build and M&A.Prior to my current role, I was a Director in the Advisory Practice at KPMG, specializing in Mobility (EV, auto components), Diversified Industrials, Consumer & Retail, and New Energy (Green Energy, Biofuels) sectors. I assisted clients across geographies in achieving their growth ambitions through bespoke business strategy development and end-to-end transaction advisory, with a focus on commercial due diligence.As a motivated and highly organized career consultant with over 10 years of project management and delivery experience, I have successfully executed 50+ engagements. These span market entry, growth and diversification strategy, synergy and location assessment, business planning and modeling, and commercial due diligence.I consider myself an empathetic leader, continuously striving to build a purpose-driven value culture within my team to achieve true excellence.I hold an MBA (PGDM) from SPJIMR, Mumbai (Top 10 B-school in India), and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University.In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing football, and staring at my wife (on Sundays only).Strengths: Communication, leadership, big picture thinking, analysis, and insight delivery.
