Roles & Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring high-quality hires within set timelines- Specialize in US IT recruitment, sourcing top talent across various technical fields and industries- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract candidates with the right skills and cultural fit- Use multi-channel approaches, such as job boards, social media, and referrals, to find the best candidates- Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate both technical abilities and organizational fit- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, maintaining transparent communication from initial contact to offer acceptance- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners to align hiring practices with business goals- Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes- Manage job requisitions and ensure accurate candidate tracking in the ATS system- Collaborate with recruitment partners and internal teams to optimize talent acquisition pipelines- Screen, qualify, and submit top candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements- Oversee offer negotiations, background checks, and other pre-employment processes to facilitate seamless onboarding- Create and manage technical screening processes with subject matter experts- Source candidates for both full-time and contract roles, using extensive networks and talent pipelines- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and ensure mutual satisfaction for both the company and candidates- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance hiring strategies- Build and nurture a network of passive candidates by leveraging online communities and networking events.
