This is the Social Enterprise Incubation arm of Avon Resources Inc, which itself, in turn, is a subsidiary of IMI BVI- A British Virgin Islands registered holding corporation. As part of the activities of this organization, the less privileged populations of many developing nations are made aware of the different opportunities which exist for them to improve their standard of living. The same is achieved by the use of advocacy campaigns of existing government policies, followed by identifying probable beneficiaries based on their aptitude and existing skill-set.Thereafter, they undergo a rigorous training schedule aimed at improving their skill-set, and on successful completion of the same, they are formed into symbiotic cohesive groups for entrepreneurial training.We provide such social enterprise and all engaged partners facilities and training related to ICT, Business Development, Marketing and Promotions, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Material Sourcing and Sales Lead Development.We also bring them up to speed towards all statutory compliances and Business Best Practices.

ABOUT KARAN UMAID SINGH
I am with Avon Resources Inc, the North American arm of India Mines International, owned and controlled as a fully-owned subsidiary of IMI BVI, a British Virgin Island HQ\'ed Holding Corporation. Started working at an early age, immediately after finishing schooling with distinction at perhaps the best boarding schools of India. Started working at a prestigious statistical research section of the finance division of a global behemoth in the Metals (Aluminium) Sector as a Research Assistant, and learnt the tricks of the trade from amongst the best. Got promoted within the year, while actively pursuing an under-graduate course in economics and statistics from a very prestigious college in the financial capital of India - Mumbai. Never looked back. The challenge of something new, and being part of something significant has always driven me. It has been the primary motivator, followed by perhaps, a desire to work in different geographical & cultural centres of the world. Thanks for reviewing my profile.
