I’m a first-generation practicing Advocate in Bharat/India and currently a retainer at Bathiya Legal, a full-service mid-sized Indian law firm. Since beginning my journey in 2017, I’ve had the opportunity to advise clients across a broad spectrum of practice areas including capital markets, acquisitions, fund formation, and succession planning.Over the years, I’ve led teams of professionals and been part of several complex assignments — from IPOs, rights issues, and takeovers to AIF setups and acquisition deals for both listed and unlisted companies. My work includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting transaction documents, advising on regulatory and secretarial filings and compliance, and representing clients before SEBI in personal hearings.In a fiduciary capacity, I also served as a Nominee Director and Nominee Partner across various companies and LLPs.With an academic foundation in commerce and law, along with training in company secretaryship and artificial intelligence, I approach legal practice with a balance of commercial understanding and practical problem-solving. I’m passionate about deal-making, supporting businesses through key transitions, and staying engaged with how law continues to evolve especially at the intersection of technology, privacy, and governance.
