About Karan Rego
An Architect and budding Real Estate Professional, I (Karan Ivan Rego) have successfully completed my MBA from RICS SBE, Amity, Mumbai (Gold Medalist) in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure and currently working with the Capital Markets & Land team at JLL India.In my current role I mainly focus on Real Estate Land & Asset Monetization opportunities along with Funding/Debt Restructuring activities. Prior to this I was a part of the Strategic Consulting & Valuation Advisory team, where I mainly worked on Valuation Portfolios, Highest & Best Use (HBU) and Feasibility studies.As an Architect, I have worked on design development and design consulting assignments with Access Architects, Mumbai. I have completed my Architectural Summer Internship program under a Liasioning Architects firm in Mumbai, that worked on assignments to secure approvals from BMC\'s Building Proposal department. During my MBA Summer Internship program, I got the opportunity to work with JLL MENA as an Intern in the Strategic Consultancy (StratCon) department, that focused on large-scale real estate advisory assignments for clients in the UAE.Personally, I love to travel and have also documented some of my journey on my social media platforms. I enjoy playing sports mainly Cricket and Football.
