I work across corporate advisory and regulatory litigation, with practical experience in taxation, SEBI and MCA compliance, economic offences, and financial regulation. My exposure includes corporate laws, employment contracts, data protection regulations, securities regulation, banking law, competition law, and intellectual property rights (IPR), combining legal insight with commercial understanding.I have supported matters involving share transfers, dematerialisation, coordination with registrars and transfer agents (RTAs), and ensuring compliance with SEBI and ROC requirements. I have been involved in capital-raising transactions such as rights issues, private placements, and ESOP documentation, and have worked on filings through platforms like MCA21 and SEBI portals.My legal research and writing span areas such as Constitution, PMLA, white-collar crimes, financial restructuring, and regulatory enforcement. In addition to corporate work, I have experience drafting writ petitions, transfer petitions, and other filings before High Courts and various tribunals, giving me a strong foundation in procedural law and litigation strategy. I aim to contribute meaningfully to legal practice that bridges corporate compliance, employment regulation, and regulatory risk management.
