Negotiating terms and conditions of proposal bid contracts such as: validity, chargeable weight,volume, cargo lanes, rates, surcharges, exemptions, VIP clauses, refund policies, diversion policies, space allocation, and vessel services. Work closely with regional team and gateway to provide best pricing for the project on hand and assist Business Owners to gain business. Analyzed profitability for each consolidation and provides feedback to business units when margins are low or negative.
