ABOUT KARAN NAHAR

I am a Chartered Accountant who bridges finance and operations to help high-growth teams scale with sound controls and practical processes.I’m currently leading operations and the integration of Kaaiser into the Manifest Global group as Chief Operating Officer - working closely with the founders and CEO to co-own business KPIs and scale the business across India’s student recruitment ecosystem. My remit covers commercial strategy and partner relationships, operational design and process automation, people and capacity building, product & technology enablement (including the Agent Portal), and governance/compliance. I focus on turning strategy into repeatable operations that improve conversion, reduce cycle time, and enable predictable, sustainable growth.At Cialfo I serve as Global Controller and bring technical finance experience (IFRS / Indian GAAP, business combination accounting, controllership) into operational decisions - ensuring growth is supported by accurate reporting, automation, and robust financial controls. Practically, I lead acquisition due diligence, valuation, and PPA accounting, end-to-end finance process redesign, and implement tooling to capture meaningful business metrics.I’ve worked across PwC, Wipro, ITC and startups - which taught me how to balance rigor with speed.
