I come with a rich and diverse life experience and have an ability to flourish in diversity and ambiguity. My education spans nine schools across India. I am a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Army Institute of Technology and an MBA from SIBM Pune specializing in Human Resources. My experience spans across industries like Hi-Tech, Construction, Information Technology and Manufacturing. With my core exposures in the field of Human Resources and Product Life-cycle management, I have a great flair for Project Management, and driving agendas through timely and effective delivery of projects.In my assignment with Grindwell Norton Ltd.(Saint-Gobain Group), I worked as a HR Business Partner and was responsible & accountable towards the end to end HR function of a manufacturing unit in Mora, Raigad. This multi-dimensional role included driving people strategy in line with the business requirements, working as a bridge between Managers and Employees as well as executing assertive delivery and implementation of HR initiatives. I delivered methodology and communication which was robust, operative and transparent. Engineering Campus Management was part of my organization wide responsibilities. In addition to these roles, I was also responsible for spearheading the People Development Pillar in the WCM Methodology, of which I am a Green Belt Certified Member.In Los Aurigas, I learned how to take risks and build something from the start. I learned the importance of a strong foundation first hand.Doxper has been an amazing learning experience for me. Took the challenge of handling the whole HR function. Guided the company during the Covid pandemic.I bring in an element of quick and accurate turn-arounds which I can deliver due to my keen listening ability and a penchant for understanding and simplifying the requirements. I recognize HR’s role as a consultative element of the Business and provides solutions that are balanced between the employees and the management.
