Excited to be designing, launching and managing a Level 7 Senior Leadership apprenticeship programme, targeted at Departmental Heads, General Managers, Executives, Directors. This is a new programme for BPP and is going to be designed to be highly practical and applicable to every day leadership challenges, including evidence-based leadership and management theory from positive psychology and organisational psychology.

I am an accomplished and forward-thinking Director with executive level and business start-up experience. I have expertise in coaching & consulting with global organisations to design high impact solutions that drive sustainable sales transformation, effectiveness and performance. I apply my academic background in Organisational & Positive Psychology to individual and team coaching to enable individuals to maximise performance and to flourish. I have worked in Commercial and Public sectors. A lifelong learner currently studying for a PhD - my research interests include psychological wellbeing. Recognising the importance of having a life outside of work - I am a keen horse rider, saxophonist and swimmer.
