Electricity Billing Validation (Indus & ATC):Validate state electricity bills received from Indus and ATC by matching them with internal billing data as per Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) parameters.Verify the completeness of bill copies, identify discrepancies, and follow up with respective teams through email and phone to resolve any issues or missing documents.Corporate Data Management (Indus, ATC & Other Infrastructure Providers):Compile, manage, and share NDF site data and CN/DN-related information with service partners and corporate teams.Ensure timely and accurate data reporting for infrastructure providers like Indus, ATC, GTL, TVI, Ascend, Rcom, Riltel, RCF, Bombay Gas and Signotox.Site Data Query Resolution:Address and resolve queries related tosite performance and billing issues, including high-power small cells and high-cost sites.Coordinate with service partners to ensure clarity, resolution, and compliance with billing norms.Corporate Communication & Reporting:Prepare and submit periodic corporate data updates in line with instructions received from higher management.Ensure timely responses to corporate data queries and maintain transparency in all reporting activities.Rate Sign-off Coordination:Handle rate sign-off processes, although delays may occur due to workload prioritization. Responsible for streamlining the rate validation procedure.Billing Reconciliation (Indus & ATC):Conduct detailed reconciliation of billing data between VIL and infrastructure providers (Indus & ATC) to ensure accuracy and transparency.Address mismatches and discrepancies through structured follow-ups.CN/DN Dispute Resolution:Manage Credit Note/Debit Note disputes with infrastructure partners and drive effective closure through proper documentation and analysis.Multi-Task Coordination:Balance and prioritize multiple high-impact responsibilities while ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proactive communication
