   Agroforestry & Carbon Credits: Served as Social Lead in a Gold Standard certified agroforestry project across UP, MP and CG, assessing livelihoods impacts and environmental improvements for farmers.• ESIA & Environmental Compliance: Led and contributed to ESIAs for solar, wind, hybrid, and waste-to-energy projects in compliance with IFC PS, ADB SPS 2009, and AIIB ESF, including projects for Renew Power, Brookfield, SunSource Energy, and SAEL.• Lender Compliance & Technical Due Diligence: Managed E&S compliance for projects financed by ADB, AIIB, and BII, including interstate transmission systems, renewable energy projects, and large-scale hybrid projects, ensuring adherence to respective safeguard policies and lender disclosure requirements.• ESG Advisory: Delivered ESGDD reports, ESG maturity assessments, materiality analyses, ESG roadmaps, and CSR strategy reviews for Signature Global, Carepal Group, Kalpataru Group, and others.
