All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront the major anxiety of their people in their time unequivocally. This and not much else is the essence of leadership.For my entire business career, I have had the opportunities to handle many leadership roles.I was introduced to the family’s business to see to and manage all retails workflows. This paved a way to a deep understanding of what an organization’s goals, needs and most importantly their abilities are.As part of my personal attributes, I believe Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field. Fully knowing this, I wanted MORE. So I moved on, took the bulls by its horn and started an eCommerce with public marketplace big players like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jabong, etc. Thanks to our team, we were able to launch the company\'s own portal as well.Experience has taught me a few things. One is to listen to your gut no matter how good something sounds on paper.
