I’m Assistant Manager at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd, Marsh India is one of the leading insurance brokers in the country since its inception in 2003. Being honored as the first licensed foreign insurance broker in India, Marsh offers specialty practices focused on industry or product specialization with the help of its able and dedicated team. It also holds a license of being a composite broker by IRDA for broking, General Insurance, Life Insurance and Re-insurance. In this role I lead the company’s Employee Health & Benefits efforts. Our most exciting work to date was creating Healthy Relationship with Employee’s. Before joining Marsh, I worked for two organization — Futurisk Insurance Brooking Company Pvt. Ltd & Paramount Health Services & Insurance TPA Private Limited –- and was lucky enough to work with amazing clients such as Teva, Dainik Bhaskar, Max Bupa, Den Network & Uflex. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other marketers. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her Objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
