Ensure that equipment meet all the ASME code (Section Div 1/2) requirements, Seismic, Wind and other load conditions prevalent at site.• Work closely with DECs Static design group as well as process engg. group to validate that sizing will meet the process requirements and resolve and queries therein.• Work closely with internal vendors (selected by GEVO/EPC contractor) for meeting the process requirement, design provided by internal vendors, and flag up schedule related issues, if any.• Ensure during 30%/60%/90% model review respective BOMs / MTOs for Static equipment are released by DEC, Viz. Preliminary MTO for Shell, Skirt & Plates (by 30% review), Pipes, Nozzle MTOs, Internals and tray support rings (by 60% Review) External platforms, Stairs, Insulation, cladding, Painting etc by (90% Review), This way EPC contractor will be able to start processing the material in parallel and order critical long lead items well in time.• Ensure that QAPs / ITPs (all the relevant Documents) are provided as per code requirement and GEVO standards for static equipment.• Closely co-ordinate with DEC for resolving shop / Manufacturing related queries in time and Flag up Manufacturing schedule related issues. Monitor whether DEC Static engineers are able to provide resolution to fabrication related issues of fouling, weld access, NDT access or extent if they arise.• Closely work with the overall Modularization team in terms of delivery of long lead static items and flag schedule issues so that alternate actions could be thought of well in advance and resolution is provided so that overall module shipment is not delayed from respective shops.
