The project involves construction of a 355.9 km long, 16” OD multiproduct pipeline from Irugur Dispatch Terminal (Tamil Nadu) to Devangonthi Receipt Terminal (Karnataka).The pipeline is executed in three schedules covering 148.375 km, 84.125 km, and 123.400 km respectively. Approximately 72 km of the pipeline in Schedule-1 runs in a common corridor with the existing CCKPL pipeline, while the majority of the remaining alignment runs along NH/SH/ODR road corridors.The scope includes pipeline laying, station piping works, installation of scrapper launcher and receivers, sectionalizing valve stations, MOVs, flow tees, insulating joints, pig signallers, and other associated facilities.The project also involves HDD crossings for rivers, canals, railways, and highway crossings, along with installation of 7 sectionalizing valve stations (SV-01 to SV-07) across the pipeline.Mechanical completion for each schedule is targeted within 10 months from LOA with an additional 2 months for commissioning assistance, followed by Permanent Cathodic Protection (PCP) completion within 6 months after mechanical completion, including interference surveys, mitigation works, and submission of ROU NOCs.
