I\'m working as a IT Executive (Sales support Executive) providing solutions to Sales persons that are working in PAN India. Sometimes they are unable to understand the problem in the application that is our SFA App(WIGWAM DESK). I provide the solutions to them so they can continue their work without any time wastage. As I mentioned on my profile I\'m an Engineer and I know how Computers work, if some malfunctioning problems happen with the systems in the office I\'m there to solve it. Although I use stack overflow or quora for the reference but I know how to find the solution and where to find the solution. And important thing how to implement the solution without damaging any other thing in the system. As I learnt HR work from my company too.
