Defined interim and target state operating models, identified standalone cost structures, and developed comprehensive Day 1 readiness and Hypercare planning checklists for the target entity- Performed IT Due-Diligence for one of the largest Telecom and IT service providers that was trying to acquire 13 subsidiary firms of a large Managed Service Provider based out of Toronto, Canada- Led a sell-side IT Due-diligence (carve-out) for the second largest Oil and gas firm in Canada, having footprints in US; analysed the entanglement with the Parent and advised on standalone costs and future state organisation structure; estimated IT QoE and created separation planning documents for the carveout entity- Performed IT Due-Diligence for a strategic investor in a leading energy company based out of UK, that was trying to gain market entry in US- Conducted IPO assessment and readiness exercise, focusing on IT, for the UK subsidiary of a large restaurant company in the world- Led a sell-side IT due-diligence (carve-out) for a large renewable energy producer based in Canada; estimated bottom-up standalone cost and IT QoEYou can contact him at: k••••••••@gmail.com
