Data Factory Cost Optimization at Scale:Transformed legacy data processing using Medallion architecture in ADF, eliminating inefficient data flows. Standardized pipeline design across instances, improving maintainability and scalability, and delivering cost savings of ~₹25 lakhs per year per instance. Power BI to Microsoft Fabric Migration:Migrated enterprise reporting and SQL data marts to Microsoft Fabric, leveraging Fabric Warehouses and Direct Lake/Direct Query integration.
