Case Processing: Processing of all the serious (including SUSAR) and non-cases received from various types Spontaneous, CT, NIS and NIP/ MAP; which included different formats such as line listing, AERO forms, CIOMS, E2B, etc.• Back up Team Lead: Act as a Team Lead in the absence of the Team Lead and handle other team lead activites each day responsibility which include, FTE management, reporting and updating the team related data/ information.• Initiate Follow-Up Activities: Request additional information or clarifications when necessary to enhance data quality.• Mentoring and Team Training: Train the data entry/ initiating team to maintain the highest quality standards.• Maintenance of processing related document: Reading the agreements (including SDEA) and other related reference documents requesting for required changes in the documents.• Core Data Correction Activity: Identify and correct data entry errors, analyzing the scenario and error.• Team Defect Actioning: Log all observations and recommendations in the defect tracker, ensuring alignment with source documents, applicable SOPs, work instructions, and client guidelines.
