B) For Network Security we remove the vulnerability configuration. D) Configuration Backup we take on weekly basis.• NGSD - Ticketing tool to monitor the Incident performance, Severity of Ticket P1, P2 we make RCA• Meeting with Client weekly and monthly basis to track the performance on SLA basis.• CAB call on weekly basis with client for Change request approval.• ServiceNow and NGSD Tool we use to follow ITIL process for CR and Incident activity.
