Karan Jaiswal | Passionate About Positive Employee ExperiencesHR meets happiness! I’m Karan, an HR professional driven to create meaningful workplace experiences. I graduated from SIES College of Arts, Science & Commerce and earned a Business Diploma from NMIMS, Mumbai. My journey includes organizing impactful events like Nanhi Muskaan and the Rotaract Literature Festival, leading marketing for Roto Flea Fest, and coordinating CSR initiatives like COVID-19 awareness drives. I’ve also managed projects for SIA and the Kotak Education Foundation, and many other college fests. With hands-on experience through internships in social entrepreneurship, PR, and recruitment, I now work as an HR Recruiter at Godrej Living, managing end-to-end talent acquisition and D&I hiring.
