As Vice President – International Sales at MKU, I’m proud to be shaping the company’s global growth journey while staying rooted in the values that have defined us for decades: innovation, integrity, and customer-first thinking. My relationship with MKU started long before my formal role. Growing up, I spent countless summer breaks interning at the company, learning processes firsthand on the factory floor. Those early experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the business, our people, and our purpose; and that foundation continues to drive me every day. Since officially joining the business in 2020, I’ve worked across several transformative areas, from leading operational excellence initiatives focused on asset, people, and process optimization, to driving digital transformation across business functions. I played a key role in MKU’s rebranding and the launch of the Kavro Doma 360. In 2023, I took over the International Sales vertical and now lead a talented team of 35+ people focused on driving topline growth from global markets, while ensuring we maintain strong gross profit margins. I’m deeply passionate about digital transformation as a tool to build healthy sales pipelines, streamline operations, and foster collaborative, high-performance teams. I strongly believe that great customer service, a commitment to process, and being true to your word are what set successful organizations apart, and I strive to embody these values in everything I do.
