Being an ardent industrial engineer where I am learning and applying all industrial related concepts in profession, currently studying my M.S in Industrial Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington, previously I have done my under graduation from KIT College of Engineering (autonomous body) affiliated to Shivaji University in India. After Graduation I started working with Petrof Refining Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Field engineer in which I was able to deliver my theoretical knowledge in a practical form where I enhanced knowledge and how to have practical approach in real life situations, The above experience let me work in a more challenging company Vyline glassworks Ltd (Borosil Group India) as Graduate engineer Trainee in Production Department, where a deal with more Data, Inventory, Manpower, Machines, working with this company led my interest more towards industrial engineering, Data analysis and methods of capturing data, and how to make daily production plan activities with respect to captured data, controlling of inventory avoid wastage of material, achieving maximum material yield with optimum utilization of MAN, Material, Machines considering the \"cost terms\" also. Importance of TPM Vyline taught me. Manufacturing of glass which was very new concept for me as I had never seen or learned how a glass is manufactured in automation process, which was very interesting.Currently pursuing courses as:1.Operations Research: 2.Advance Engineering Economy:3.    Working as a Project Engineer, Developing Process for Food Packaging Equipment selection Line Layout, Logic Controls, Improving Line efficiency, Commissioning new Production lines.• Conducting FAT and SAT for new and existing equipment setup, working with OEM vendors to add Line Logic with other equipment on the line, troubleshooting with OEM on high level distress issues. • Involved with SCADA team developing Live Production Dashboards using Ewon Flexy, currently transitioning to Ignition.• Used DOE Study with 3 Factors and multiple Level full Factorial design on our blister package machine, to improve Manual Pull Force quality test to an automated Pull Force Machine, also convincing the customer to run at Less Dwell and Less Temperature which increased throughput by 4 vials per minute.• Maintaining Building Drawings, Build Room Layout and designing Electrical capacity for the Lines, Line drawings, Centerling Equipment Settings, Training Operators on the equipment.• Designed Washcarts for Equipment parts to cleaned in automated Parts Washer, which reduces the clean time from 4 hours to 1 hour.• Knowledgeable in liquid filling, volumetric filling, multiheaded weigh scales, Auger Filling, Count Filling.• Currently based at Vitamin Filling Site (Olly vitamins, Mondolez) where we do Count Filling and Multihead Weigh Scale.• Designed overall Electrical and Mechanical integration of a Yamato Multihead Scale equipment with Spee-Dee Rotary increased Line through put by 200%.• Designed First New Filling Setup for a Stick Filling Line, feeding via Super Sack Hanger and Metered Flow using Rotary Valve Air Lock to avoid possible stratification overall Process to the finished stick.
