I began my career at Calsoft as an Insights Development Intern, diving deep into the technical side of business intelligence—cleaning raw data, building dashboards, and learning how good data foundations drive real business decisions.During my MBA, I shifted my focus from tools to business strategy and transformation. At Velocity Insurance, I worked hands-on with sales and marketing data, building forecasting dashboards and helping the leadership prioritize high-impact growth initiatives—my first real taste of data-driven business planning.At Accenture, I combined these two worlds: I helped large-scale operations teams modernize their financial reporting, leading end-to-end program delivery from gathering requirements to building executive scorecards, automating month-end processes, and improving data governance. This is where I learned the importance of change management—driving adoption of new dashboards and processes among cross-functional teams.Today at Tiger Analytics, I serve as a Business Intelligence Lead, guiding a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, modelers, and analysts to deliver supply chain reporting solutions for a global CPG business. I’ve been responsible for roadmap planning, budgeting, and value-realization tracking, ensuring that every dashboard or model we build actually delivers measurable impact.Across all these roles, my focus has remained consistent: turning data into insight, insight into action, and action into value—while helping teams and stakeholders embrace change and work smarter together.
