I have over 16 years of experience leading fraud, risk and decision strategy across payments, ecommerce, credit cards and national defense. I operate in roles where outcomes matter and decisions have scale, cost and real customer impact.Most part of my recent work has been to help teams build complex decision systems which requires setting direction, making tradeoffs and being accountable for results. Given the nature of my roles, I have become comfortable working in ambiguity and making high stakes calls, complementing imperfect information with deep analysis which allows me to build systems that remain reliable under real world constraints.My background in software engineering allows me to evaluate ideas through feasibility, scalability and failure modes, and push for solutions that survive production realities.I have worked with and learned from impressive people across different functions at organizations such as DRDO, Google and American Express, that helped me driving initiatives from problem framing through sustained execution.Outside work, I stay deeply engaged with technology and product thinking, with a bias toward simplifying systems and deisgning products that improve quality of life.
