Healing First is a mindfulness-driven initiative dedicated to helping students in India overcome the mental health challenges they face, such as academic pressure, exam anxiety, family expectations, emotional stress, and uncertainty about the future. By integrating simple, evidence-based mindfulness practices into their daily routines, students are guided to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Healing First creates safe, supportive spaces where students can build emotional resilience, improve focus, manage stress, and develop lifelong self-care habits. Through consistent practice, students learn not just to cope, but to thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially.
