During this period, I was fortunate to learn the ropes of everything from sales to HR, buying/purchasing, product design, market research, and manufacturing.I\'m a people person, love analytics and management by tracking production (statistics), and am a firm believer in Ray Dalio\'s idea meritocracy and radical transparency principles.
