   Responsible for leading multiple complex building renovations with a multi million dollar budget involving close stakeholder management, scoping, budgeting, reporting, vendor management and master scheduling across multiple projects.• Worked closely with the executive leadership to drive and implement various SAFETY Act changes in compliance with DHS standards varying from process changes across functional departments to infrastructure related changes which helped in developing better safety protocols and enhancing fan experience. Project included a detailed time study to increase throughput and efficiency of both game day staff and fans check in across different entrances of the ballpark.• Supervised various technology project implementations impacting different departments such as Two factor authentication roll out, Emergency Notification System, Data Center Relocation, Intranet set up, Call queuing System.• Managed successful implementation of one of the largest renovations performed in Minute Maid Facility which involved managing multiple vendors and internal stakeholders across different departments, periodic budgeting and cost management, risk identification and developing mitigation strategies.• Developed and lead strategic plan for rolling out organization wide metrics dashboard (Power BI) using a central data warehouse, displaying various operational KPI’s to bring in efficiencies and productivity for various departments.• Used a detailed process study and process mapping technique to develop a central incident tracking solution for in-game operational staff and providing real time visibility of incidents which helped in improving fan experience.• Using my PMP background and extensive project management experience, helped in fostering a culture of project management by providing basic training and coaching to various departments and built a central repository of project related templates for day to day use.
