   Handle various acquisition and disposition activities, including prorations and buyer credits, debt placement, closing statements, third party reports, and PSA exhibits• Contribute to joint venture / entity operating agreements and management agreements, including handling sections like insurance provisions• Control portfolio-wide financial snapshots, investment track records, and loan abstracts that provide equity partners and internal stakeholders with key performance indicators and overall health of each project and it’s debt. Tracked metrics include the business perspective/plan, cost basis, occupancy, outstanding loan and equity balances, interest rates (including any caps), equity multiples, etc.• Manage $165M+ in equity and lender holdback/reserve funding and created the Excel template for lender and equity funding requests, which is used across all projects• Prepare and manage marketing collateral, including presentations to equity partners and other stakeholders, and run point on all disposition offering memorandums• Responsible for ad-hoc finance and accounting items, such as cash projection requests from equity partners, net effective rent calculations, termination fees, preferred return calculations, returns and distribution scenarios, ARGUS Enterprise models, and CAM estimates & reconciliations• Spearhead the annual operating budget process across the portfolio, including creating the Excel template and tracking the equity/lender due dates, and complete the budget, including updating the ARGUS Enterprise model, for half of the portfolio• Run point for various administrative and operations items, including the company and portfolio-wide annual insurance renewal
