I have over 16 years of experience writing professionally, with over 5 years of experience designing in digital spaces and UX. My career began back in 2008, when I started working as a contributing writer and editor of a smaller magazine. I worked my way up to Senior Editor and eventually moved on to SEO marketing and copywriting. Eventually, I transitioned to freelance work in the tech space before becoming certified in UX design and taking software engineering courses to bolster my work. Since then, I\'ve been a content strategist and designer at various fortune 500 companies. My most recent project has been with Prudential as a senior UX Writer, where I’ve focused on their AdvisorLink dashboard and chatbot user flows. I’ve also been instrumental in developing content operations approaches. I’m particularly proud of the error and success matrix I designed, as it ensures consistency in messaging and proper documentation of processes. Prior to that, I worked as a senior-level content designer and strategist for Wells Fargo, focusing on onboarding experiences for mid-sector businesses. As a technical writer, my most recent position was as a Senior UX Specialist and Technical Writer for Cisco, where my work focused on educational training materials for their Webex platform.I also hosted podcast episodes on UX writing and accessibility in the tech space. I have experience as a UX designer, as well, so I am able to converse back and forth between various departments pretty well. I look forward to working with you.
