Kara is a Partner with CrossCountry\'s Risk and Compliance service line. Kara works closely with executives and audit committees of public, private and non-profit organizations in the areas of risk management, internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing, process improvement and regulatory compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley. Over the last 20 years, Kara has spent the majority of her career leading internal audit teams at public companies. While her experience translates easily across industries, her industry experience includes banking and financial services, education, real estate, technology, and hospitality. With Kara’s extensive experience in delivering internal audit services in a variety of organizations with varied business needs and risk profiles, she specializes in designing and implementing internal audit solutions tailored for an organization’s unique needs.
